This milestone marks the culmination of a collaboration that began in 2022 between Ziemer Group and our team at the American University of Beirut, and is now officially released.
My sincere appreciation to Alba Segura Amil Segura, who led the software development with remarkable precision and dedication, and to our outstanding team, Hanine Wehbe, Farah Nizam, and Sarah Abou Daher, for their relentless work and commitment. Special thanks as well to Fabian Müller, the true visionary and driving force behind this achievement.
Our deep admiration goes to Dr. Soosan Jacob, the inventor of CAIRS, and to Drs. Bader Khayat, MD, FEBO David Gunn, who pioneered All-Femto CAIRS in 2021, working from scratch in Keratoplasty mode. Their innovation inspired the development of a dedicated, stand-alone platform enabling full customization and streamlined precision.
